We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:

  • Photos of the item

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement, repair, or refund where applicable).
