1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free Australia wide shipping for order over $150.


Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• Australia-wide

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging


7. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

• Check with household members or neighbours

• Contact the shipping carrier directly

• Reach out to us for assistance
